SUGGESTED USE:

Tallow (pasture raised) infused St. Joan's Wort bud & flower (Hypericum perforatum), Homemade Ghee, Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis) infused Olive Oil & Beeswax

SUGGESTED USE:
This tallow lotion can be used for rough and dry hands and feet and/or for the face. It's also lovely for baby's bums and sensitive skin. Nourish, hydrate and rejuvenate the skin as you lather this luscious lotion on.

Womb Moon Oil (4oz)

Ginger, Mugwort, Shatavari, Cinnamon, Yarrow, Rose & Tulsi alchemize in sesame oil to create this delicious womb oil. Breathe your being down into your pelvis, warm your womb & ground into your creative roots where life force is nourished & tended. This womb oil can be used for womb massage, discomfort during your moon cycle and/or with internal practices.

Nasya Oil (1oz)

Nasya is a traditional Ayurvedic technique of inhaling herbally infused oil up the nose! It's an amazing practice to clear & lubricate the sinuses, increase Prana & open up the senses, bringing clarity to the mind. Nasya oil is also supportive for moving congestion out of the upper respiratory system, via the nose and throat.

INGREDIENTS :
Sesame Oil infused with Calamus root (Acorus americanus) & Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis) essential oil

SUGGESTED USE:
Lay on a flat surface with your head neutral to tilted ever so slightly back. Bring the dropper close to your nose and place 2-4 drops of the oil into each nostril. Sniff a couple times to inhale the oil and gently massage the outside of the nose and sinuses for 2 minutes. Relax and take a few deep breaths.

Kidney Essence Tincture (1oz)

Our Kidneys in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) are the home to our 'ancestral chi." The nervous and musculoskeletal systems are directly tied to the health of our kidney essence. It's important in the colder seasons to keep our kidneys warm. Herbs such as Teasel, Solomon's Seal, Reishi, Cinnamon, Burdock, Gotu Kola, Jujube and Licorice have an affinity for the kidneys as well as supporting our joints and nervous system. Come into the body feeling vital, flexible and nourished.

SUGGESTED USE:
