SUGGESTED USE:
1 Tbsp. of herbs to 12 oz water. Steep in boiled water with lid on for 13-18 minutes. Strain tea and soften into the support as these allies walk with you in strength.

Womb Moon Oil (4oz)

Ginger, Mugwort, Shatavari, Cinnamon, Yarrow, Rose & Tulsi alchemize in sesame oil to create this delicious womb oil. Breathe your being down into your pelvis, warm your womb & ground into your creative roots where life force is nourished & tended. Nasya is a traditional Ayurvedic technique of inhaling herbally infused oil up the nose! It's an amazing practice to clear & lubricate the sinuses, increase Prana & open up the senses, bringing clarity to the mind. Nasya oil is also supportive for moving congestion out of the upper respiratory system, via the nose and throat.

INGREDIENTS :
Sesame Oil infused with Calamus root (Acorus americanus) & Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis) essential oil

SUGGESTED USE:
Lay on a flat surface with your head neutral to tilted ever so slightly back. Bring the dropper close to your nose and place 2-4 drops of the oil into each nostril. Sniff a couple times to inhale the oil and gently massage the outside of the nose and sinuses for 2 minutes. Relax and take a few deep breaths.

Kidney Essence Tincture (1oz)
