SUGGESTED USE:

INGREDIENTS :
Sesame Oil infused with Calamus root (Acorus americanus) & Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis) essential oil

SUGGESTED USE:
Lay on a flat surface with your head neutral to tilted ever so slightly back. Bring the dropper close to your nose and place 2-4 drops of the oil into each nostril. Sniff a couple times to inhale the oil and gently massage the outside of the nose and sinuses for 2 minutes. Relax and take a few deep breaths.

Kidney Essence Tincture (1oz)

Our Kidneys in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) are the home to our 'ancestral chi." The nervous and musculoskeletal systems are directly tied to the health of our kidney essence.
