Kidney Essence Tincture

Our Kidneys in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) are the home to our 'ancestral chi." The nervous and musculoskeletal systems are directly tied to the health of our kidney essence. It's important in the colder seasons to keep our kidneys warm. Herbs such as Teasel, Solomon's Seal, Reishi, Cinnamon, Burdock, Gotu Kola, Jujube and Licorice have an affinity for the kidneys as well as supporting our joints and nervous system. Come out of the winter feeling vital, flexible and nourished. INGREDIENTS : Teasel root (Dipsacus sylvestris), Solomon's Seal root (Polygonatum multiflorum), Reishi mushroom (Ganoderma tsugae), Cinnamon bark (Cinnamomum burmanni), Burdock root (Arctium lappa), Gotu Kola leaf (Centella asiatica), Jujube date (Zizyphus jujuba), Licorice root (Glycyrrhiza glabra), Cane Alcohol & Filtered Water SUGGESTED USE: Shake and sip in 18-33 drops 3x a day to support the kidneys. Rooted Visions Tea

(16oz jar)

Boosting and protecting our immunity is just as important in the spring as is was in the fall and winter, it just requires a few different flavors and energetics of herbs. And our focus shifts a bit in this season; digestion, allergies, liver support, awakening creativity. INGREDIENTS : Nettle leaf (Urtica dioica), Reishi mushroom (Ganoderma tsugae), Alaria seaweed (Alaria esculenta), Astragalus root (Astragalus membranaceus), Burdock root (Arctium lappa), Mullein leaf (Verbascum thapsus), Gotu Kola leaf (Centella asiatica), Pine needle (Pinus albicaulis), Ginger root (Zingiber officinale) Coriander seed (Coriandrum sativum), Licorice root (Glycyrrhiza glabra), Local Raw Honey & Filtered Water SUGGESTED USE: 2 tsp. daily for adults and 1 tsp. daily for children throughout the Spring season to nourish the innate intelligence of the vital force.

As the transition of seasonal energies begins, it is an important time to improve vitality, strengthen digestion and immunity and be in tune with the changing seasons. We inspire to strengthen and gently ‘reawaken’ the organs of elimination, attempting to simulate the changes that are occurring in Nature. This is accomplished using foods, gentle exercise, and medicinal herbs, such as Nettle, Marshmallow, Chamomile, Fennel, Calendula, Red Clover and Burdock. INGREDIENTS : Nettle leaf (Urtica dioica), Marshmallow root (Althaea officinalis), Chamomile flower (Matricaria recutita), Fennel seed (Foeniculum vulgare), Burdock root (Arctium lappa), Calendula flower (Calendula officinalis) & Red Clover blossoms (Trifolium pratense) SUGGESTED USE: 1 Tbsp. of herbs to 12 oz water. Steep in boiled water with lid on for 13-18 minutes. Strain tea and clean out stagnation and accumulated clutter from the winter. It's a time to renew, awaken, rise, soften, grow and burst new energy into the world!

These herbal allies stir together to allow us to invite the light and the first spark of spring into our beings, embodying a whisper of warmer weather & an ember of hope in remembering the sacredness of weaving our visions and seeding them to root, ground to sprout and grow to blossom. INGREDIENTS: Linden flower (Tilia cordata), Milky Oats (Avena sativa), Wood Betony leaf & flower (Stachys officinalis), Skullcap leaf & flower (Scutellaria lateriflora), Lemonbalm leaf (Melissa officinalis), Rosemary leaf (Rosmarinus officinalis), Gotu Kola leaf (Centella asiatica) & Rose petal (Rosa centifolia) SUGGESTED USE: 1 Tbsp. of herbs to 12 oz water. Steep in boiled water with lid on for 13-18 minutes. Strain tea, add honey and pour wisdom into the change you wish to be in the world.
