Postpartum Bundle
An Herbal Postpartum Support Bundle, as part of Mother-centered and traditional postpartum care. 3. Womb Moon Oil
Ginger, Mugwort, Shatavari, Cinnamon, Yarrow, Rose & Tulsi alchemize in sesame oil to create this delicious womb oil. Breathe your being down into your pelvis, warm your womb & ground into your roots where life force is nourished & tended. This womb oil can be used for womb and/or whole body massage during the postpartum time.
Warm oil massage, called Abhyanga in Ayurveda, is appropriate bodywork for the postpartum time, while also bringing warmth, which is essential for postpartum healing.
