INGREDIENTS : Milky Oat tops (Avena sativa) Lemongrass leaf (Cymbopogon flexuosus), Tulsi leaf & flower (Ocimum africanum), Skullcap leaf & flower (Scutellaria lateriflora), Passionflower leaf & flower (Passiflora incarnata) & Jujube date (Ziziphus jujuba) SUGGESTED USE: 1 Tbsp. of herbs to 12 oz water. Steep in boiled water with lid on for 13-18 minutes. Strain tea, add honey and sway into a gentle earthly rhythm of the hammock swing
