All ingredients organic, local, garden grown and/or respectfully wildcrafted: Nettle leaf (Urtica dioica), Lemonbalm leaf (Melissa officinalis), Marshmallow root (Althaea officinalis), Violet leaf (Viola tricolor) & Anise Hyssop leaf & flower (Agastache foeniculum)

nfuse the energetic medicine of sunshine into your tea by adding 4 Tbsp. of herbs into a quart jar of water, filled to the top. Place in the sun all day, strain, add honey and enjoy as is or chill in the fridge. Tea will last in the fridge for 5 days.
