Astragalus root (Astragalus membranaceus), Reishi mushroom (Ganoderma lucidum), Alaria (Alaria esculenta) & Dulse (Palmaria palmata) seaweed, Codonopsis root (Codonopsis pilosula), Jujube dates (Ziziphus jujube), Elderberry, (Sambucus nigra), Ginger root (Zingiber officinale), Fennel seed (Foeniculum vulgare), Black Pepper (Piper nigrum) & Local Raw Honey
SUGGESTED USE:
1/2 tsp. daily for children & 2 tsp. daily for adults throughout the cold & flu season to nourish the innate intelligence of the vital force.
It's important to take this one everyday, as the full benefits are reached after weeks of daily ingestion. I like to take this one beginning in early fall until the early to late spring.
