This yummy and zingy blend creates a soothing, refreshing, protective coat to the throat after a night around the fire singing, to soothe a scratchy throat and/or to add protectiveness when traveling or touring.

I carry this throat spray with me everywhere! And love having it as support for song circles, fireside story sharing and/or teaching and sharing my voice.

I also like to use this throat spray before bed and/or upon waking up if I am feeling run down or as the weather changes.
