Nasya Oil (1oz)

Nasya is a traditional Ayurvedic technique of inhaling herbally infused oil up the nose! It's an amazing practice to clear & lubricate the sinuses, increase Prana & open up the senses, bringing clarity to the mind. Nasya oil is also supportive for moving congestion out of the upper respiratory system, via the nose and throat.

INGREDIENTS :
Sesame Oil infused with Calamus root (Acorus americanus) & Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis) essential oil

SUGGESTED USE:
Lay on a flat surface with your head neutral to tilted ever so slightly back. Bring the dropper close to your nose and place 2-4 drops of the oil into each nostril. Sniff a couple times to inhale the oil and gently massage the outside of the nose and sinuses for 2 minutes. Relax and take a few deep breaths.
