Includes: A 1 hour consultation An in depth pdf protocol with recipes, resources, guidance and inspiration for your journey Customized herbal formulas Support for creating ancestral food as medicine in the kitchen Inspiration and practices for creating embodied shifts in your life Reminders that YOU CAN DO THIS and that healing is not only possible but ongoing and ever evolving! And, of course, following the threads to the root cause of symptoms and tuning into the communication of the innate intelligence within our body, our experiences, our birth story and our family patterns.
Cancellation Policy
I require a 24 hour cancellation notice unless there are extenuating circumstances. If I am not notified 24 hours in advance, this will count as a consultation. I recognize that everyone’s time and energy is precious and hope that you will too.
